The Danish Architecture Centre has a website that is more than a digital brochure — it is a critical part of their ticketing infrastructure and primary channel for reaching visitors, architecture enthusiasts and collaborators. They needed an operations partner who could not only keep the lights on, but ensure high uptime, technical health and organic visibility — without DAC's own team spending resources on the technical foundation.
We took on full operations and hosting responsibility for DAC's website under an SLA agreement that ran for over seven years. Uptime ended at 99.97% — a figure that reflects both the technical quality of the setup and our proactive approach to operations and monitoring. In parallel we handled all technical SEO on the platform. DAC produced their own content — our job was to ensure the technical infrastructure was optimised so that Google could crawl, index and rank the pages correctly. The result was a stable organic presence with traffic estimated at a monthly value of DKK 120,000. A central part of the assignment was the integration to DAC's ticketing platform, Salesforce Veevart. We solved the integration in close collaboration with DAC and their Salesforce partner, so ticket sales and the website experience functioned as one coherent solution for visitors.
